中医药干预对2型糖尿病患者血糖的影响效果观察及应用体会

目的:探讨中医药治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效,总结应用体会以指导临床治疗。方法:选取我院收治的2型糖尿病患者共160例,随机分成治疗组和对照组各80例,治疗组采用中医药方法进行治疗,对照组采用常规西医方法进行治疗,全程追踪两组患者的治疗过程,记录并对比所得试验数据。结果:治疗组80例,显效40例,好转34例,无效6例,总有效率92.5%;对照组80例,显效35例,好转30例,无效15例,总有效率81.3%。两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:采用中医药方法治疗糖尿病可以有效地控制血糖,副作用小,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Effect and application on treating blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes by the intervention of TCM

Objective： To investigate the effect on treating blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes by the intervention of TCM. Methods：160 cases in our hospital, were randomly divided into treated group and control group with 80 cases in each, the treatd group was treated by TCM, the control group was treated by conventional modern medicine method. Recording and comparison between the test data.Results：The treated group of 80 cases, 40 cases markedly effective, 34 cases improved, 6 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 92.5%;control group of 80 cases, 35 cases markedly effective, 30 cases improved, 15 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 81.3%. The two group total effectiveness comparisons have statistics significance （P〈0.05）, the treated group than the control group. Conclusion：Treating blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes by the intervention of TCM has less adverse reactions, it is worthy of clinical application.
