银杏达莫注射液治疗糖尿病肾病临床观察

目的:观察银杏达莫射液治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法:将36例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予西药常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予银杏达莫注射液治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率88.9%,对照组总有效率55.6%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:银杏达莫注射液治疗糖尿病肾病,在减少尿蛋白,改善肾功能方面有较好疗效。

Clinical observation on treating diabetic nephropathy with the Yinxing Damo injection

Objective：To investigate the efficacy of Yinxing Damo injection on diabetic nephropathy. Methods：36 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into treated group and control group, the control group received conventional modern medicine treatment, and the treated group received Yinxing Damo injection treatment on the basis of the control group. Results：The total efficiency was 88.9%in the treated group, the control group was 55.6%, there was a significant difference （P〈0.05） groups. Conclusion：Yinxing Damo injection in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy has a good effect on reducing urinary protein and improving renal function.
