缺乳是产后常见的疾病,又称"产后乳汁不行",多发生在产后第2、3d至1周之内,也可发生在整个哺乳期,若乳汁不足可以影响婴儿的生长发育,或乳汁郁滞而乳汁不下可致乳房胀硬加重,继则红肿缩热,则为乳痈发生之先兆,也给家庭经济负担。导师本着补益气血,佐以疏肝理气下乳的原则,自拟经验方治疗,疗效显著。
