中药沉香品种鉴定及探讨鉴别方法

目的:探索中药沉香品种的鉴定方法。方法:使用紫外分光光度计,对紫外光吸收图谱和薄层色谱所得的具体数据进行分析与探讨。结果:在200~300nm的范围内,正品的中药沉香紫外光吸收图谱最大吸收峰值可以达到(225±2)nm。结论:选择使用紫外光吸收图谱和薄层色谱的方法对中药沉香的品种进行鉴别简单可行,准确性高,值得业内人员大力推广使用。

Investigation on species identification and identification methods of eaglewood

Objective：To explore the method for identification of eaglewood. Methods：Using UV spectrophotometer to analyze and discuss the specific UV absorption spectra and thin layer chromatography data obtained. Results：In the range of 200～300nm, the UV absorption spectra of authentic eaglewood maximum absorption peak can be reached （225±2） nm. Conclusion： The method uses the ultraviolet absorption spectra and thin layer chromatography of eaglewood varieties identification is simple and feasible, high accuracy, worthy of the industry personnel and vigorously promote application.
