润肺解毒散结颗粒联合化疗治疗晚期NSCLC临床疗效观察

目的:观察润肺解毒散结颗粒联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)临床疗效。方法:将162例入选患者随机分为两组。对照组GP方案治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加服润肺解毒散结颗粒。观察两组证候改善、毒副反应发生率。结果:治疗组毒副反应少于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗组证候较对照组明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:润肺解毒散结颗粒联合化疗,对晚期NSCLC,肺阴虚证患者是有效、低毒的治疗方法,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation on treating later period NSCLC with the Runfei Jiedu Sanjie granule plus chemotherapy

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Runfei Jiedu Sanjie granule plus chemotherapy on treating later period NSCLC. Methods： 162 patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups： 62 patients in the control group with chemotherapy alone （GP/NP）. 100 patients in the treatment group were administered with Runfei Jiedu Sanjie granule and chemotherapy （the regimen as same）. Two groups were observed with main symptom improvement, adverse reactions. Results： The clinical symptoms in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group, as well as reducing adverse reactions （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Runfei Jiedu Sanjie granule combined with chemotherapy can be used as an effective, low toxicity approach to treat those that later period NSCLC, and is worthy of clinical application.
