穴位贴敷治疗胸痹心痛60例疗效观察

目的:研究穴位贴敷治疗胸痹心痛的临床疗效。方法:选择2009年3月~2013年2月我院接诊的120例胸痹心痛患者进行研究。随机均为实验组和对照组两组。实验组采用穴位贴敷的治疗方法对患者进行治疗,对照组采用传统的单纯的针刺疗法对患者进行治疗。结果:实验组患者治疗的临床总有效率(93.3%)与对照组(91.7%)无显著性差异,两组比较无统计学意义(x2=0.3399,P=0.9524)。实验组患者的临床复发率(3.3%)明显低于对照组(15.0%),两组比较有统计学意义(x2=4.9041,P=0.0268)。结论:表明采用穴位贴敷对胸痹心痛患者进行治疗的效果良好。

Clinical observation on treating 60 cases of chest stuffiness and pains by acupoint application

Objective： To study the clinical efficacy of acupoint application on treating chest stuffiness and pains. Methods： 120 patients with chest stuffiness and pains from March 2009 to February 2013 in our hospital were selected as the objects of study. They were randomized into experimental group and control group. Experimental group were treated with acupoint application, the control group were used acupuncture only. Results： The total efficiency （93.3%） of the experimental group patients and the control group （91.7%） had no significant difference, the two groups were not statistically significant （x2=0.3399, P=0.9524）.The clinical relapse rate （3.3%） of experimental group was significantly lower than the control group （15.0%）, the two groups were statistically significant （x2 =4.9041, P： 0.0268）. Conclusion： Acupoint application has good effect on treating chest stuffiness and pains.
