血脂康胶囊对db/db小鼠胰岛第一时相分泌及β细胞含量的影响

目的:探讨血脂康胶囊对于db/db小鼠胰岛第一时相分泌及β细胞含量的影响。方法:选择40只12周龄清洁级雄性db/db小鼠,20只同周龄同窝出生的db/m小鼠,为非糖尿病对照组,将db/db小鼠随机分为血脂康组、安慰剂组,分别给予1次/d的血脂康胶囊0.3g/(kg·d)和安慰剂(5%阿拉伯胶)混悬液灌胃;db/m小鼠1次/d灌服同等体积的生理盐水。6周后采用离体胰岛灌流系统评估胰岛第一时相分泌,运用免疫组织化学及胰岛测量学分析胰岛β细胞含量。结果:治疗6周后血脂康组胰岛第一时相分泌得到显著改善,并可显著地减少了胰岛β细胞的丢失。结论:血脂康胶囊具有改善胰岛素第一时相分泌,保护β细胞功能等作用。

The effect of Xuezhikang on the islets of db/db mice first phase secretion and beta cell content

Objective：To investigate the effect of Xuezhikang on the islets of db/db mice first phase secretion and beta cell content. Methods： 40 male 12 weeks of age, clean level in db/db mice （congenital diabetic mice model）, 20 with weeks of age, littermates db/m mice, non-diabetic control group, the db/db mice were divided into two groups, were given the Xuezhikang 0.3g/（kg·d） and placebo （5%gum arabic） suspension orally once a day;db/m mouse non-diabetic control group, an equal volume of saline once a day gavage. 6 weeks after the isolated islets perfusion system for evaluating the islet of first phase secretion, learning content of beta cell of islet using chemical measurement. Results： After 6 weeks of treatment, Xuezhikang group of islets first phase secretion to be improved can significantly reduce the loss of islet beta cells. Conclusion： Xuezhikang can improve the first phase insulin secretion, protect the beta cell function.
