自拟盆腔炎汤口服与保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎62例临床观察

目的:观察盆腔炎汤口服与灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法:将120例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组62例采用盆腔炎汤口服与灌肠治疗,对照组58例采用左氧氟沙星加奥硝唑治疗,观察两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组治愈率为74.19%,总有效率为93.54%。对照组治愈率为58.62%,总有效率为82.75%。两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:自拟盆腔炎汤口服联合灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著,值得临床推广使用。

Clinical observation on treating 62 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory with the Penqiang Yan decoction plus retention enema

Objective：To observe TCM efficacy for treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods：120 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group, 62 cases were given oral decoction and enema treatment;the control group of 58 cases accepted metronidazole therapy. Results：The curing rate was 74.19%, total effective rate was 93.54%. Control group was 58.62%, total effective rate was 82.75%. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The Penqiang Yan decoction plus retention enema for treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is significant, worthy of clinical application.
