自拟安神汤治疗232例快速型心律失常临床疗效分析

目的:对比不同治疗方法治疗快速型心律失常的总有效率,分析我院自拟的安神汤的临床治疗优势。方法:将2010年1月~2012年7月服用我院自拟的安神汤的快速型心律失常患者117例设为观察组,择取同期采取胺碘酮治疗快速型心律失常的患者115例设为对照组,对比两组用药后疗效。结果:用药1个月后,观察组与对照组治疗总有效率分别为92.3%、80.7%,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:给予快速型心律失常患者服用我院自拟的安神汤,临床疗效明显优于采用胺碘酮的治疗效果,且该种治疗方法无明显副作用,值得临床推广。

Clinical analysis on treating 232 cases of tachyarrhythmia with the self-made Anshen decoction

Objective： To compare the total efficiency of different treatment methods on treating tachyarrhythmia and analyze the clinical advantages of Anshen decoction. Methods： From January 2010 to July 2012 in our hospital, choose 117 tachyarrhythmia patients taking Anshen decoction as the observation group; choose 115 cases taking amiodarone in the same period as control group. Compare efficacy of two groups after treatment. Results： After one month, the total efficiency of the observation group was 92.3% and control group was 80.7%. observation group was much better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical efficacy of Anshen decoction is significantly better than amiodarone. And such treatment has no significant side effects, is worthy of promotion.
