浅谈温病学说对手足口病的指导作用

依据温病学理论,手足口病发病正值夏季,湿热当令,湿热之体,外感邪毒,内外合邪,湿热壅盛,熏蒸肌表,伤及营血,其病乃成。其病因主要为湿热毒邪,病机为湿热瘀毒,熏蒸肌表,病机转变的关键在于瘀毒,治疗当清热燥湿,凉血解毒。笔者仅就临床运用温病学说指导手足口病的治疗浅谈如下,望同道指正。

Discussion on the instruction effect of epidemic febrile disease theory on HFMD

Based on the epidemic febrile disease theory, hand, HFMD is popular during the summer. Hot and humid in season, damp and hot body, exogenous pathogenic poison, internal and external evil, hot and humid, fumigation on the blood, which attribute to the disease. Its etiology is mainly for the hot and humid toxin factor, pathogens is for hot and damp stasis poison and fumigation on the blood .The key of pathogens change is due to stasis poison. The treatment of the diseases is clearing heat drying damp and cooling blood detoxification. Clinical use of epidemic febrile disease theory is only to guide the treatment of HFMD, which is as follows. Hope to have the chance to study together.
