| 摘 要： | 目的:观察醒脑化痰汤在中风病痰浊上蒙型的作用。方法:随机将164例中风病痰浊上蒙型患者分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用常规西药脱水、护脑、对症支持等治疗,治疗组在上述基础上加醒脑化痰汤治疗。结果:治疗组优于对照组。结论:醒脑化痰汤治疗中风病痰浊上蒙型疗效更满意。

Clinical observation on treating 82 cases of stroke with the Xingnao Huatan decoction |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the effect of the Xingnao Huatan decoction on treating stroke of Tanzhuo Shangmeng type. Methods： 164 cases were divided into control group and treated group, control group with conventional modern medicine treatment such as dehydration, brain protection, symptomatic support, treated group on the basis of the above plus the Xingnao Huatan decoction. Results： The effect of treated group is better than that of the control group. Conclusion： The effect of the Xingnao Huatan decoction is more satisfactory on treating stroke ofTanzhuo Shangmeng type. |
