| 摘 要： | 目的观察养阴活血除湿法治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效和安全性。方法 70例慢性湿疹患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组给予养阴活血除湿方和氯雷他定口服,醋酸曲安奈德尿素软膏外用,对照组给予氯雷他定口服,醋酸曲安奈德尿素软膏外用,4周后对2组患者临床疗效进行评估。结果试验组有效率89.47%,对照组有效率69.75%,2组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。试验组有4例患者出现轻微胃肠道不适,对照组有3例患者出现轻度嗜睡及心悸。结论养阴活血除湿法治疗慢性湿疹临床有辅助疗效,不良反应小。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo observed the clinical efifcacy and safety of nourishing yin and dehumidiifcation method in treating chronic eczema.MethodsTotal of 70 patients was randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with nourishing yin and dehumidification method and loratadine combined with topical triamcinolone acetonide acetate urea ointment. The control group was treated with loratadine combined with topical triamcinolone acetonide acetate urea ointment. Curative effect and security were estimated after four weeks.ResultsThe treatment group effective rate was 89.47% and the control group was 69.75%. Four patients in treatment group have mild gastrointestinal discomfort. Three patients in control group have mild lethargy and slightly lfustered. ConclusionsThe treatment of nourishing yin and dehumidiifcation method shows well therapeutic effects with few side effects in treating chronic eczema. |
