固本清肺化痰解痉汤治疗支气管哮喘40例临床观察

目的:观察自拟固本清肺化痰解痉汤治疗支气管哮喘的疗效。方法:将60例支气管哮喘患者随机分成治疗组40例和对照组20例,治疗组用固本清肺化痰解痉汤治疗,对照组用头孢哌酮舒巴坦、氨茶碱等西药治疗,均治疗2周为1个疗程,疗程结束后进行总结。结果:治疗组临床控制18例,显效11例,有效8例,无效3例,总有效率92.50%;对照组临床控制6例,显效4例,有效4例,无效6例,总有效率70.00%;两组总有效率比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:固本清肺化痰解痉汤治疗支气管哮喘疗效肯定,值得进一步临床观察。

Clinical observation on treating 40 cases of bronchial asthma with the Guben Qingfei Huatan Jiejing decoction

Objective：To investigate the efficacy of Guben Qingfei Huatan Jiejing decoction on bronchial asthma. Methods： 60 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into treatment group of 40 patients and control group of 20 patients;treatment group was treated with the Guben Qingfei Huatan Jiejing decoction, the control group was given cefoperazone sulbactam, aminophylline and other modern medicine. Treated for two weeks as a course of treatment, summarized after treatment. Results：The treatment group, 18 cases were controlled, markedly effective in 11 cases, effective in 8 cases, ineffective in 3 cases, the total efficiency was 92.50%;in control group 6 cases were controlled, 4 cases were markedly effective, effective in 4 cases, ineffective in six cases, the total efficiency was 70.00%;the total efficiency of two groups had significant difference （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion： Guben Qingfei Huatan Jiejing decoction treatment of bronchial asthma is effective and worthy of further clinical observation.
