人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折疗效分析

目的:探讨人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折治疗效果。方法:选取我院自2011年5月-2013年5月收治的80例高龄股骨转子间骨折患者随机分为观察组与参考组,各为40例,观察组患者采用人工股骨头置换术治疗,参考组患者采用内固定治疗,比较两组患者术后恢复情况及并发症发生率。结果:观察组患者术中出血量及手术时间均明显少于参考组,P<0.05;观察组患者术后下床时间明显短于参考组,P<0.05;观察组患者肺部感染发生率明显低于参考组,P<0.05。结论:人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折手术时间短、术中出血量少,术后并发症少,有助于促进患者康复,效果显著。

Efficacy analysis of treating elderly intertrochanteric fracture by hemiarthroplasty

Objective：To investigate the treatment of hemiarthroplasty in elderly intertrochanteric fracture treatment. Methods：our hospital from May 2011 to May 2013, 80 cases of femoral intertrochanteric fracture were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the observation group, 40 in each. The observation group was treated with hemiarthroplasty treatment;control group was treated with internal fixation. Compare postoperative recovery and complication rates. Results： The operative time and blood loss in the observation group were significantly less than the control group, P〈0.05;postoperative ambulation of observation group was significantly shorter than the control group, P〈0.05; lung infection rate in patients in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion：Hemiarthroplasty treatment costs short time in treating elderly intertrochanteric fracture, with less blood loss and fewer complications, helps to promote the rehabilitation of patients. The effect is significant.
