高血压中医证型与心血管危险因素相关性研究

目的:通过探讨高血压患者的中医证型与心血管危险因素之间关系以分析病因。方法:选择300例高血压病患者依照中医辨证分型方法作为实验观察对象,以40个健康人作为对照组。并依照调查表的形式,以甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、空腹血糖(FBC)、高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)、心电图等为客观指标,依照中医的证型方法进行相关性分析。结果:吸烟、喝酒、家族史、TC、TG、LDL-C高血压组与健康组比较,差异性均有显著性意义,HDL-C、FBC的比较,差异并无显著性意义。在高血压组各证型的比较中瘀血组LDL-C明显升高;肝肾阴虚组高龄、TC正相关;TC正相关;痰瘀阻络组吸烟、年龄、TG正相关;痰上火扰组吸烟、喝酒、家族史、腹型肥胖、BMI超标正相关;肝火亢盛组家族史病例明显增多,与其他证型比较,差异具备显著性意义。结论:通过实验研究,得出了高血压中医证型与心血管危险因素有一定相关性的论断。

Correlation research of hypertension TCM syndrome type and cardiovascular risk factors

Objective： To explore the relation between TCM syndrome type and cardiovascular risk factors in the etiology of hypertension patients. Methods： 300 patients with hypertension select by TCM syndrome differentiation method as the experimental observation objects, with 40 healthy people as control group. According to the questionnaire, triglyceride （TG）, total cholesterol （TC）, fasting blood glucose （FBC）, high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C）, low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C）, ECG and other objective indicators, in accordance with the syndromes of TCM in correlation analysis method. Results：Smoking, drinking, family history, TC, TG, LDL and C in hypertension group compared with the healthy group, the differences were significant. HDL-C, FBC compared and the difference was not significant. Comparison of blood stasis group increased significantly in the LDL-C in hypertension group, the syndrome of liver and kidney yin deficiency group;age, positively related to TC;TC positive correlation;phlegm and blood stasis group, smoking, age, TG positive correlation;phlegm fire disturbing group of smoking, drinking, family history, obesity, BMI exceed the standard positive correlation;a family history of liver fire hyperactivity group were significantly increased, compared with other syndromes, with significant difference. Conclusion： Through the experimental research, and get some correlation between TCM syndrome type and cardiovascular risk factors.
