中医骨折三期治疗对肱骨近端骨折术后的临床疗效观察

目的:探讨中医骨折三期治疗肱骨近端骨折的疗效。方法:将60例肱骨近端骨折患者随机分为两组,每组30例,分别标记为对照组和观察组。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者给予中医骨折三期治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:对照组总有效率为66.67%,观察组总有效率为96.66%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者术后并发症的发生率明显高于观察组。结论:中医三期治疗肱骨近端骨折具有明显的疗效,值得推广。

Clinical observation on treating proximal humerus fracture in TCM

Objective： To investigate effects of TCM on proximal humeral fractures. Methods： 60 cases of proximal humerus fractures were randomly divided into two groups, 30 in the control group. The control was treated with conventional therapy, the observation group were treated with the TCM therapy. Results： In the control group, the total effective rate was 66.67%, the rate was 96.66% in the observation, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. In control group, the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly higher. Conclusion： TCM treatment of proximal humeral fractures with significant effect, is worth promoting.
