| 摘 要： | 目的:观察痛风方临床疗效。方法:60例患者分为两组,对照组给予洛索洛芬钠片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加痛风方。结果:治疗组总有效率86.67%,对照组总有效率69.97%(P<0.05)有显著意义。缓解疼痛,血尿酸两组比较P<0.01,差异有显著意义。结论:在常规西药基础上加用痛风方对痛风性关节炎有较好的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of the gout recipe. Methods： 60 cases were divided into two groups, the control group was given loxoprofen sodium tablets, based this the experimental group plus the gout recipe. Results： The total efficiency of the experimental group was 86.67%, and was 69.97% of the control group, there are significant difference （P〈0.05）. Pain relief, uric acid between the two groups P〈0.01, the difference was significant. Conclusion： Based on using conventional modem medicine plus the gout recipe to treat gouty arthritis has better clinical efficacy. |
