| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中药外洗联合穴位注射对糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:将60例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为两组,对照组30例,予弥可保肌注;治疗组30例,予弥可保穴位注射,并给予中药外洗,疗程为28d。结果:治疗组在改善临床症状,提高神经传导速度方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药外洗联合穴位注射治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objection： To observation the clinical effects on treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy by wash outside Chinese traditional medicine combined with acupoint injection. Methods：60 cases were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in the control group, treated with Mecobalamin injection;30 cases of treated group, given Mecobalamin point injection, and given out washing Chinese medicine, 28 days for a course.Results：The treated group in improving the clinical symptoms, improve the nerve conduction velocity was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy by wash outside Chinese traditional medicine combined with acupoint injection has a significant effect. |
