肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患者盐酸氨溴索支气管肺泡灌洗的效果观察

目的探讨经纤维支气管镜注入盐酸氨溴索支气管肺泡灌洗治疗在肺炎合并呼吸衰竭中的疗效及安全性。方法将62例肺炎合并急慢性呼吸衰竭的患者随机分成治疗组32例,对照组30例,在常规治疗的基础上,治疗组经纤维支气管镜盐酸氨溴索肺泡灌洗治疗;观察两组患者肺内炎性病灶吸收情况、呼吸衰竭好转时间、住院时间;比较两组患者治疗前后白细胞(WBC)、降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)有无差异。结果治疗组呼吸衰竭好转时间、肺部炎症吸收时间、住院时间均短于对照组,治疗组治疗后PCT、CRP浓度较对照组明显下降。无严重并发症发生。结论经纤维支气管镜注入盐酸氨溴索灌洗治疗对各种原因引起的肺炎合并呼吸衰竭安全有效。

Clinical effect of bronchoalveolar lavage with ambroxol in the treatment of pneumonia patients complicated ;with respiratory failure

Objective To study the clinical effect of bronchoalveolar lavage with ambroxol in the treatment of pneumonia patients complicated with respiratory failure. Methods 62 pneumonia patients complicated with respira-tory failure were randomized into the therapy group （n=32） and the control group （n=30）. On the basis of conven-tional therapy, the therapy group was given bronchoalveolar lavage with ambroxol. The time of respiratory failure im-proved and lung inflammation absorption, the duration of hospital stay, WBC count, and the levels of plasma PCT and CRP were compared between the two groups. Results The improvement was more pronounced in the therapy group than in the control group. There was no serious complications occurred. Conclusion Bronchoscopy lavage with ambroxol is effective in the treatment of pneumonia patients complicated with respiratory failure.
