抑荨止痒汤联合氯雷他定治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效观察

目的:观察抑荨止痒汤联合氯雷他定治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法:78例患者随机分为治疗组38例和对照组40例。治疗组口服抑荨止痒汤联合氯雷他定治疗,对照组口服氯雷他定治疗,两组均连续治疗30d为1个疗程。观察两组1个月疗程内的疗效及随访2个月内临床复发情况。结果:治疗1个月后,治疗组总有效率为92.11%,对照组的总有效率为75%,治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。随访2个月后,治疗组18例痊愈患者中有6例复发,对照组10例痊愈患者中有6例复发,两组对照有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:抑荨止痒汤联合氯雷他定治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效高、安全性好,且能有效地控制复发。

Clinical observation on treating chronic urticarial by the Yixun Zhiyang decoction combined with loratadine

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of the Yixun Zhiyang decoction combined with loratadine on treating chronic urticarial. Methods：78 cases were randomly divided into the treated group （38 cases） and the control group （40 cases）. The treated group was given the Yixun Zhiyang decoction combined with loratadine, the control group was treated with loratadine treatment, and 30 days for a course, the efficacy within a treatment course and clinical recurrence situation within two months of the two groups were observed. Results： After 1 month of treatment, the total efficency of the treaed group was 92.11%, and was 75%of the control group, the treated group was better （P〈0.05）. Follow-up two months later, in treated group, 18 cases were cured, 6 patients relapsed, the control group of 10 patients were cured patients, 6 patients relapsed, There were significant differencesbetween two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The Yixun Zhiyang decoction combined with loratadine was effective on treating chronic urticaria, safety, and can effectively control the recurrence.
