| 摘 要： | 目的:介绍傅金英教授治疗痛经的经验。方法:跟师学习,总结所长。结论:傅金英教授认为痛经主要责之于"瘀阻胞宫,不通则痛"。对痛经的治疗主要采取以下方法:①强调辨证论治;②循月经周期不同阶段治疗;③灵活掌握"急则治其标,缓则治其本"的治疗原则;④畅情志,慎起居。

| Abstract: | Objective： To introduce the experience of Professor Fu Jin-ying on treating dysmenorrheal. Methods： Learning with the teacher, summed experience. Conclusion： Professor FU Jin-ying thinks that the main reason of dysmenorrhea is ＂stasis of uterus, stagnation caused pain＂. For the treatment of dysmenorrhea take the following methods： （1）Emphasis on differential treatment. （2）Through different phases of the menstrual cycle was taken therapy. （3）Have a flexible application on ＂urgent then treat the symptoms, slow then treating the pathogeny＂ principle of treatment. （4）Keep good emotion in daily life, and keep good habits and customs. |
