康胃二号方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床观察

目的:观察康胃二号方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效并作分析探讨。方法:将56例患者随机分为治疗组28例予康胃二号方随证加减治疗,对照组28例,予胃苏颗粒及胃复春片口服治疗。均以12周为一个疗程,治疗两个疗程。观察患者治疗前后临床症状、胃镜检查的变化,比较疗效差异。结果:治疗后两组患者临床症状、内镜与病理情况及Hp根除率均有所改善,而两组间的疗效差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康胃二号方能显著改善患者的临床症状、胃黏膜萎缩状况、以及提高其Hp的根除率,对慢性萎缩性胃炎具有良好的治疗作用。

Clinical observation on treating CAG by Heal-stomach II

Objective：To investigate the clinical curative effect of Heal-stomach Ⅱ decoction in treating chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG）, then make a analysis and explore. Methods：56 cases with CAG are divided into two groups at random.Heal-stomach Ⅱ decoction was given to the treatment group.The control group was given Weisu granules and Weifuchun tablets. Twelve weeks for a course of treatment,all cases received two courses of treatment. To observed in patients with clinical symptoms、 endoscopy changes and compare the efficacy differences.Results： The clinical symptoms, endoscopic and pathological conditions and and Helicobacter pylori（Hp） eradication rate has improved after treatment, while the difference in efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）Conclusion：Heal-stomach Ⅱ decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms 、 gastric atrophy status and improve their Hp eradication rate, it has a good therapeutic effect for CAG.
