眉区解剖在经眉额颞部除皱术中的应用与研究

摘    要:目的:经眉额颞部除皱的同时,解决眼睑松弛、眼眉下垂所致的容貌老态,使眼眉部及额颞部形态整体改善,外貌协调,美观,年轻化。方法:经眉切口行额颞部皮下分离,发际部额肌帽状腱膜冠状离断,去除多余的皮肤,悬吊眼轮匝肌及颞浅筋膜,靠组织的自然回缩及错位愈合,消除额颞部皱纹,上提并固定眉的位置。结果:通过对36例患者进行手术治疗,额颞部皱纹消失或减少。结论:经眉额颞部除皱、眉上提固定术,解剖层次清晰,松解彻底,创伤小,术后恢复快,并发症少,面部年轻化整体效果好,患者易于接受。

Abstract:While wipe off the frontotemporal wrinkle through eyebrow, to relieve the old look carsed by blepharochalasis and eyebrow prolapsus and improve the whole frontotemporal shape with harmonious and handsome color Method:At the eyebrow,incised the skin and separated the fromtotemporal subcutaneous tissue,then at the hair edge cut coronally off galea aponeurotica of frontal muscle,removed the unwanted skin,hung up the orbicular muscle of eye and temporal superficial fascia,by the natural retraction and vicarious healing of the tissue relieved the frontotemporal wrinkle,lifted and fixed the location of eyebrow Result:After operation,the frontotempora wrinkle in 36 patients disappeard or lessened Conclusion:The operation relieving wrinkle and lifting and fixing eyebrow through eyebrow is to be recepted by the patients,for it has many advantages,such as clear anatomy hiberarchy,little wound,rapid healing,little complication and good young looking effect
