楚雄州医疗单位消毒质量监测

掌握楚雄州级医疗单位的消毒质量情况 ,为有效预防和控制医院感染提供依据 ,对楚雄州级医疗单位常规消毒工作质量进行了监测。结果 ,对 5所医院监测总合格率为 93.80 % ,4年合格率依次为 95 .0 0 %、92 .31%、89.2 9%、96 .36 %。各监测对象合格率分别为 :空气 77.4 2 %、医护人员手为 96 .5 5 %、物体表面为 10 0 %、使用中消毒液为 10 0 %。

MONITORING OF DISINFECTION QUALITY IN MEDICAL UNITS OF CHUXIONG PREFECTURE

To master the disinfection quality condition of prefecture-level medical units of Chuxiong Prefecture in order to provide basis for effective prevention and control of nosocomial infections, monitoring of quality of routine disinfection work in prefecture-level medical institutions of Chuxiong Prefecture was carried out. Results: The overall eligible rate of 5 hospitals was 93.80% and the eligible rates in 4 years were 95.00%, 92.31%, 89.29% and 96.36% in proper order. The eligible rates of various monitoring objects were: air 77.42%, hands of medical and nursing staffs 96.55%, object surfaces 100% and disinfectant solution in use 100%.
