腹部脏器损伤合并肾损伤的诊治分析(附32例报告)

目的 提高腹部脏器损伤合并肾损伤的诊治效果。方法 回顾分析32例腹部脏器损伤合并肾损伤的诊治资料。结果 治愈28例，死亡4例。8例在剖腹手术中未切开后腹膜探查肾损伤，切开后腹膜行肾探查引流5例，肾修补5例，肾部分切除7例，肾切除7例。结论 准确进行伤情评估，早期诊断及恰当处理合并伤，是提高腹部脏器损伤合并肾损伤疗效的关键。

Diagnosis and Treatment of abdominal visceral injury associated with renal trauma ( A report of 32 cases)

Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment of abdominal visceral injury associated with renal trauma. Methods 32 cases of abdominal visceral injury associated with renal trauma were analyzed retrospectively.Results 28 patients were cured, 4 patients died. 8 patients received celiotomy without openning posterior peritoneum,5 patients received exploration and drainage of kidney through incision of posterior peritoneum, 5 paitents received repair of kidney, 7 patients received partial nephrectomy, and 7 patients received nephrectomy. Conclusion Accurate evaluation of injury, recognition and proper management of associated injury are the key factors of treatment of abdominal visceral injury associated with renal trauma.
