菊黄上清含片的抗菌实验研究

摘    要:目的:研究菊黄上清含片的体内外抗菌作用。方法:采用平皿法和液体稀释法对菊黄上清含片进行体外抗菌实验研究;体内抗菌实验是以菊黄上清含片组和阳性药物组灌胃给药3d,小鼠腹腔注射不同菌株菌液造成感染,观察记录感染7d内各组小鼠的死亡情况,并计算半数有效量(ED50)和95%可信限。结果:体外实验表明,菊黄上清含片对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、甲型溶血性链球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌、肺炎链球菌、流感嗜血杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、普通变形杆菌各标准株及各菌的临床分离株均有不同程度的抑制作用;体内实验表明,菊黄上清含片对不同菌种的标准株和临床株感染小鼠致死均有不同程度的保护作用,中、高剂量组与细菌对照组比较有显著性差异(P〈0.05、P〈0.01)。结论:菊黄上清含片有很好的抗菌作用。

An Experimental Study on the Antibacterial Effect of Juhuangshangqing Buccal Tablet

Abstract:Objective: To study the antibacterial effect of Juhuangshangqing Buccal Tablet (JBT) in vitro and in vivo. Methods: The methods of dish culture and serial dilution were adopted to study the antibacterial effect in vitro, while in vivo experiment were carried out by using JBT to cure artificially infected mice. Mice were infected with different strains of bacteria ( standard or clinical isolates) artificially by peritoneal injection, and JBT-treated group and positive drug controlled group were set up and treated for three days. Number of death was observed for seven days, and EDs0 and 95% confidence interval were calculated. Results: JBT showed certain inhibition on standard strains and clinical iso- lates of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, alpha hemolytic streptococcus, beta hemolytic streptococcus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Hemophilus influenza, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Bacillus proteus in vivo ; JBT showed obvious effect in reducing mortality of mice infected by different strains of bacteria, specially in medium and high dose groups compared with bacterial control group (P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions: JBT has a good antimicrobial activity.
