摘    要:①目的 探讨TT病毒(TTV)经粪-口传播的可能性。②方法 采用半巢式聚合酶链反应,检测6例TTV感染的肝病病人粪便标本中TTV-DNA,测序,与N22和TA278株核苷酸比较并进行基因分型,探讨粪便中TTV-DNA检出率与血清中病毒滴度的关系。③结果 血清病毒滴度较高的2例病人(10^7/L,10^6/L)的粪便标本中检出了TTV-DNA,滴度分别为10^7/L,10^6/L,基因型分别为G1a,G1b;在血清病毒滴度为10^4/L的4例病人中,仅1例在粪便中检出了TTV-DNA,滴度为10^4/L,基因型为G2。④结论 肝病病人粪便标本中TTV含量与血清滴度直接相关,TTV具有经粪-口传播的可能性。

Abstract:Objective To study the possibility of feca l oral transmission of TT virus(TTV). Methods Paired feces and serum samples from 6 patients with type B and/or type C hepatitis were tested for TTV DNA and their titers by PCR with s eminested primers. Genotypes were determined by their sequences compared with th e original N22 and TA278 strains. ResultsTTV DNA was detected in fecal specimen of two patients wh o had high viral titers in serum(10 7/L,10 6/L); the genotypes were G 1a and G 1b , respectively. In 4 patients with viral titer of 10 4/L, TTV DNA was detected in only one fecal specimen. The genotype was G 2. Conclusion The amount of TTV in fecal specimens of patients with hepatitis is directly correlated to serum titer, indicating that TTV can be tran smitted by fecal oral route. [
