摘    要:目的分离和鉴定猪链球菌,为诊断和治疗提供科学依据。方法用无选择性的血琼脂平板对患者血液、脑脊液、尸检组织和病死猪内脏进行分离培养,并对分离到的细菌进行染色形态观察;用PCR技术检测猪链球菌种基因、荚膜多糖编码基因、溶菌酶释放相关蛋白基因和溶血素基因;用VITEK2compact微生物生化鉴定仪定型。结果从4例患者血液、2例患者脑脊液、2例患者尸检组织和7例病死猪中分离到27株链球菌,经鉴定27株菌均为猪链球菌2型,猪链球菌种基因和猪链球菌三种毒力基因阳性。结论此次疫情为猪链球菌2型引起。

Abstract:Objective To isolate and to identify streptococcus suis in order to provide scientific basis for diagnosis and treatment. Methods Non-selective blood-agar substrates were used to isolate and cultivate pathogens from the blood and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of patients, autopsy specimens and bowels of died pigs. And the shapes of the isolated bacteria were observed by coloration, the species gene and 3 toxic genes of streptococcus suis including CPS 2A, MRP, and hemolysin gene were detected by PCR, and the specific serotypes were identified by VITEK 2 compact Microbe Biochemical Identification Apparatus. Results A total of 27 streptococcal strains were isolated from the blood of 4 patients, the CSF of 2 patients, the autopsy specimens of 2 died patients, and the bowels of 7 died pigs, which were identified as streptococcus suis type 2, and the species gene and 3 toxic genes of streptococcus suis were positive. Conclusion This epidemic was caused by streptococcus suis type 2.
