家庭护理干预对精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响

目的:探讨家庭护理干预对精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响。方法:选取68例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,按照随机分组法将其分为研究组和对照组,各组34例。对照组患者采取常规出院指导,研究组患者出院后每周2次、每次30⁴5min的心理、生理和社会行为方面的家庭护理干预,比较两组患者护理前后通过GQOLI量化表对患者生活质量进行评定。结果:两组患者在分组前,其GQOLI量化表的评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经家庭护理干预后,研究组患者在GQOLI量化表中的心理功能、躯体功能、社会功能、物质生活功能、生活质量整体评价等方面的评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者疾病复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对精神分裂症患者实行家庭护理干预能明显提高患者的生活质量,降低该病的复发率。

Effects of family nursing intervention on life quality of patients with schizophrenia

Objective：To explore the effect of family nursing intervention on life quality of patients with schizophrenia. Meth-ods：68 schizophrenic patients as the research object were randomly divided into study group and control group with 34 cases in each group, wherein the patients in control group adopted routine discharge guidance, while those in study group were given the family nurs-ing intervention in the aspects of psychological, physiological and social behavior twice a week and 30-45min per time. The GQOLI scale was used to evaluate the life quality of the patients before and after the nursing. Results： There were no statistical differences in the scores of GQOLI scale between the two groups before the family nursing （P〉0. 05）. After the family nursing intervention, the scores of physical function, psychological function, social function, the material life function, overall evaluation and other aspects of GQOLI scale of study group were significantly higher than those of control group （P〈0. 05）. The recurrence of study group was signifi-cantly lower than that of control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： For the schizophrenic individuals, the family nursing intervention can significantly improve the quality of life, improve social function, and reduce the recurrence rate.
