超声对腹部器官闭合性损伤的临床诊断价值

目的:观察总结外伤所致腹腔器官闭合性损伤的声像图特点,为临床提供有价值的诊断依据。方法:对100例超声诊断为外伤性内脏破裂患者声像图进行观察、记录,并根据临床诊治结果进行分析。结果:经超声诊断腹腔积液的患者100例,经手术证实96例,准确率为96%;患者的实质性器官(包括肝、脾、肾、胰)破裂95例,后经手术证实的为88例,准确率为92.4%;治疗痊愈5例;2例误诊;空腔器官破裂6例,手术证实4例,误诊2例。结论:超声诊断对空腔性器官或实质性器官破裂均具有重要意义。

Values of ultrasonic diagnosis of closed injury in abdominal organs

Objective：To study ultrasonic characteristic of closed injury in abdominal organs and try to provide valuable infor-mation for clinical diagnosis. Methods：The ultrasonic characteristics of 100 cases with intra-abdominal injury were gained, recorded and analyzed. Results： Intra-abdominal fluid was diagnosed in 100 cases by ultrasonography. 96 cases of them were confirmed by sur-gery, and the detective accuracy was 96% . 95 cases were diagnosed as substantial organ ruptures, including liver, spleen, kidney and pancreas, wherein 88 cases were confirmed by surgery, and the detective accuracy was 92. 4% . Five cases were cured, 2 cases were misdiagnosed. Hollow organ trauma were found in the other 6 cases, 4 cases of them were confirmed by surgery and the other two were misdiagnosed. Conclusions： Ultrasound is an important way for the diagnosis and treatment of hollow or substantial organ ruptures.
