皮肤屏障修复乳治疗激素依赖性皮炎疗效观察

目的 了解雅莎尔皮肤屏障修复乳对面部激素依赖性皮炎皮肤屏障功能改善情况及临床疗效.方法 58例面部激素依赖性皮炎患者随机分成2组,分别采用雅莎尔皮肤屏障修复乳和丁苯羟酸软膏外用,比较治疗前及治疗28 d后患者皮肤屏障功能（表皮含水量、油脂含量、经表皮水分丢失量）及临床症状体征改善情况.结果 雅莎尔皮肤屏障修复乳治疗组患者治疗前后皮肤屏障功能明显改善（P＜0.05）;临床症状体征改善优于丁苯羟酸软膏组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）;有效率优于对照组（P＜0.01）.结论 雅莎尔皮肤屏障修复乳能显著改善皮肤屏障功能,对治疗激素依赖性皮炎具有良好的效果,且更易为患者所接受。

Clinical Observation of Skin Barrier Repair Cream on Treating Hormone Dependent Dermatitis

Objective To understand the clinical curative effect and improving skin barrier function, after skin barrier repair cream of Yasha on hormone dependent facial dermatitis. Methods 58 cases of facial hormone dependent dermatitis were randomly divided into two groups, respectively, skin barrier repair cream of Yasha in treatment group and Bufexamac ointment in control group, the course of treatment was 28 days, and then compared in the skin barrier function, symptoms and signs of improvement, the effective rate. Results The improvement for skin barrier function and clinical efficacy of treatment group was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05, P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Skin barrier repair cream of Yasha can significantly improve skin barrier function of hormone dependent dermatitis, has a good curative effect, and good safety.
