丙戊酸钠联合奥氮平治疗躁狂发作的疗效及安全性分析

目的:探讨丙戊酸钠联合奥氮平治疗躁狂发作的疗效及安全性。方法:选取80例躁狂发作患者,随机分为对照组(丙戊酸钠联合喹硫平)和观察组(丙戊酸钠联合奥氮平),于治疗前、治疗6周后,根据躁狂量表(BRMS),评估患者治疗的临床疗效,依据副作用量表(TESS),评价患者治疗的安全性。结果:与对照组患者相比,观察组患者治疗的总有效率及治疗后BMRS评分变化均不明显,P>0.05;但不良反应发生率显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:丙戊酸钠联合奥氮平治疗躁狂发作可在保持较好疗效的同时减少不良反应,提高了用药安全性,值得临床广泛推广。

Efficacy and safety analysis of sodium valproate combined with Olanzapine for manic episode

Objective：To study the clinical efficacy and safety of sodium valproate combined with Olanzapine for manic epi-sode. Methods：80 patients with manic episode were randomized into control group （the treatment of sodium valproate combined with Quetiapine） and observation group （the treatment of sodium valproate combined with Olanzapine）, 40 patients per group. On pre-treatment and 6-week post-treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated by Bech-Rafaelsdn mania rating scale （BRMS） and the safe-ty was evaluated by treatment emergent symptom scale （TESS）. Results： Compared with control group, the total effective rate and the BMRS scores after the treatment were not obviously changed in observation group （P〉0. 05）, however, the incidence of side effects was significantly reduced （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： The treatment of sodium valproate combined with Olanzapine for manic episode has the significant efficacy and high safety, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
