疏血通注射液对原发性高血压患者RAAS活性的影响

目的：观察疏血通注射液对原发性高血压患者肾素血管紧张素醛固酮系统（RAAS）活性的影响。方法将入选的原发性高血压患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，观察两组治疗前后血压、血浆肾素（PRA）、血管紧张素Ⅱ（AngⅡ）、醛固酮（ALD）水平及血脂、血流液变学指标的变化。结果治疗后两组患者血浆 AngⅡ、ALD均较治疗前有所降低，治疗组降低更为明显（P＜0．05），两组患者血浆肾素水平较治疗前升高，但差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。治疗组治疗后血压、血脂、血液流变学指标明显改善，与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）。结论疏血通注射液对原发性高血压患者 RAAS 活性有明显改善，可降低血浆AngⅡ、ALD的含量，改善血液流变学特性，有效降低血压。

Effect of Shuxuetong Injection on Renin ang io tensin aldosterone System in EssentialHypertension

O bjective To observe the effect of Shuxuetong injection on renin ang io tensin aldosterone system in patients w ith essential hypertension.M ethods O ne hundred and tw enty patients w ith essential hypertension w ere random ly divided tw o groups . The curative effect of tw o groups w as assessed before trea tm ent and after treatm ent.At the sam e tim e blood lipids ,hem orheo log ical param eters ,PRA ,AngⅡ and ALD w ere observed.Results After treatm entw ith Shuxuetong injection , the level of serum PRA w as increased but there w as no t a significant difference（ P〉0.05） .The level of serum Ang Ⅱ and ALD w as descended and there w as a significant difference com pard w ith the contro lgroup（ P〈0.05） .The lipids and hem orheo log icalparam eters in the treating group w ere m proved obviously ,and the difference w as significant com pared w ith the contro lgroup（ P〈0.05） .Conclusion Shuxuetong injection could im prove rennin ang io tension aldos terone system fo r essential hypertension , raise the levelof PRA , lower the content ofAngⅡand Ald, lower blood pressure effectively.
