贞芪扶正胶囊联合NP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌

目的：观察贞芪扶正胶囊联合去甲长春花碱与顺铂方案（NP方案）化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效、不良反应及细胞免疫功能变化.方法：观察组：35例,予贞芪扶正胶囊4粒,bid,po,于化疗前3 d开始至化疗结束后7 d为一疗程,同时用NP方案化疗;对照组：35例,只给予NP方案化疗.均在化疗2周期后评价疗效.应用流式细胞仪检测细胞免疫指标.结果：观察组有效率37.14%,对照组有效率34.28%;观察组出现白细胞减少,少于对照组（P＜0.05）;细胞免疫功能检查示观察组CD4/CD8比值以及NK阳性细胞百分率治疗后提高,差异有显著性（P＜0.05）.结论：贞芪扶正胶囊联合NP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效确切,白细胞减少发生少,并能提高患者细胞免疫功能,可作为晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗的常规辅助中药用药.

Observation of the Treatment of Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer with Zhenqifuzheng Capsules in the Combination of NP Regimen

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy, side effect and cytoimmunity function of Zhen Qi Fu Zheng capsules in the combination of NP regimen in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Method: 35 patients received Zhen Qi Fu Zheng capsules 4# bid po and domestic vinorelbine 25 mg/m2 d1 , d8 and cisplatin 25 mg/m2 d1-3, q3w for 2 cycles. Another 35 patients as control group received domestic vinorelbine plus cisplatin only. Result; The effective rates were 37. 14% vs 34. 28% , and the main toxicity was leucopenia, their rates being 60.00% vs 82.86% (P<0.05). The improvement of CD4/CD8 and NK ratio was observed in Zhen Qi Fu Zheng capsules group (P <0.05). Conclusion; Zhen Qi Fu Zheng capsules in the combination of NP regimen is effective in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Zhen Qi Fu Zheng capsules can decrease the occurance of leucopenia and improve the cytoimmune function.
