临床路径对乳腺癌手术治疗患者的应用研究

目的探讨临床路径对乳腺癌手术患者的应用。方法将患者分为两组，对照组实施常规乳腺癌改良根治术护理，观察组实施乳腺癌临床路径护理。结果观察组患者的医疗护理质量明显提高，平均住院日和医疗费用明显降低，患者和家属对疾病知识测试的优良率和对护理服务满意率也显著增加，与对照组比较均有统计学意义．结论在乳腺癌患者护理中应用护理路径可缩短平均住院日、降低医疗成本、避免医疗资源的浪费，使患者获得最佳的医疗护理服务。

The Study of the Use of Clinical Nursing Passway to Patients Suffering from Breast Cancer

Objective To study the use of the clinical nursing passway to patients suffering from breast cancer. Methods The patients were divided into 2 groups. The control group was cared by routine nursing interventions after modified radical surgery for breast cancer. The observational group was cared by the clinical nursing passway. Results The observational group had higher quality of medical care,less days of staying in hospital and lower medical costs, better knowledge of diseases by the patients and their family members, and higher degree of satisfaction with our nursing care. All the items in the observational group were statistically significant comparing with the control group. Conclusion Using the clinical nursing passway in nursing care for patients with breast cancer could be effective in decreasing average days of staying in hospital, decreasing the medical costs, avoiding waste of the medical resource, and making patients get the best access to medical services.
