摘    要:目的:进一步探讨燃煤型砷中毒患者营养状况及与病情的关系.方法:用毫克分子消光系数法测定血红蛋白(Hb)浓度,荧光法测定4 h负荷尿中核黄素(VB2)及抗坏血酸(Vc)的排出量来评价患者的营养水平.结果:患者中贫血发生率达82.0%,96.0%患者体内VB2缺乏,而有24.0%的患者Vc也处于缺乏状态,与正常对照相比,差异有显著性.结论:燃煤型砷中毒患者体内存在严重核黄素缺乏和抗坏血酸的不足,与砷中毒病情的发生和发展有关.

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the relation between the nutritional level of arsenic sufferers and their disease condition,so as to provide scientific basis for further nutrition-poisoning study.Methods: Hemoglobin density was measured with milligram molecule extinction coefficient method,and the amounts of ascorbic acid(Vc) and riboflavin(VB2) VB2 in 4-hour discharges of urine were measured with fluorescent method.The sufferers' nutritional levels were evaluated.Results: Among the sufferers,82.0% of them had anemia,96.0% had vitamin VB2 deficiency,and 24.0% vitamin C deficiency.The differences between the nutritional levels of arsenism sufferers and healthy controls were statistically significant.Conclusion: Serious deficiency of Vc and VB2 occurs in these sufferers,which might be relative to the development of this disease.
