砷化氢作业工人的健康状况调查

目的探讨接触砷化氢作业工人健康状况及其防治措施。方法对柳州市2个冶炼厂作业点空气中砷化氢浓度进行检测,并对130名砷作业工人进行健康检查,结果与非砷接触的对照组179名员工进行比较。结果工作场中砷化氢检测点18.7%超过国家职业卫生标准;接触组尿砷、肝肾功能、血常规异常,临床症状检出率均明显高于对照组(P0.05),且女性血常规异常、临床症状检出率高于男性;不同年龄和工龄工人的尿砷差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论砷化氢已经对作业工人健康产生一定危害,应该重视生产环境中砷化氢浓度控制,加强防护措施,改善作业环境。

Investigation of Health Status in Workers Exposed to Arsine

[Objective] To investigate the health status of workers exposed to arsine and its prevention measures.[Methods]The arsine concentration in workplace air of 2 smelteries in Liuzhou was tested, the health examination was conducted among 130 workers exposed to arsine, and the results were compared with the results of the control group which included 179 workers out of touch with arsine.[Results]The arsine concentration in workplace exceeded the national occupational standard by 18.7%. The urinary arsenic level, hepatic and renal functions, results of blood routine examination in the exposure group were abnormal, the detection rate of clinical symptoms in the exposure group was higher than that in the control group significantly （P〈0.05）, and the abnormal rate of blood routine examination results and the detection rate of clinical symptoms among female workers was higher than that among male workers. There was no significant difference in the urinary arsenic level among workers in different age and length of service groups （P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Arsine have done more harm to the health of workers, so the control of arsine concentration in the air of workplaces should be paid more attention, the protective measures should be strengthened, and the working environment should be improved.
