| 摘 要： | 随着围产医学的发展，剖宫产技术越来越受到重视，手术方式也不断改进，目前剖宫产术的廉洁包括腹膜外剖宫产术，传统的腹膜内子宫下段剖宫产术，以色列剖宫产术及周氏新概念剖宫产术等。通过对各种剖宫产术式的比较，深入探讨手术的改进方法和手术适应证的选择。

| Abstract: | The technique of cesarean section becomes more and more important with the development of perinatal medicine.The operation type is also ch anged continuously.At Present,the methods of cesarean section includs extraperi toneal type traditional intraperitoneal uterine low segment type,Israel type and Zhou's new concept type et al.This article evaluats the modification of operati on type and selection of operation indication,through the comparison of differen t operation types of cesarean section. |
