0.5%利多卡因局部注射治疗急性期肩周炎临床观察

目的观察0.5%利多卡因局部注射治疗急性期肩周炎的临床疗效。方法采用完全随机抽样的方法,将观察病例分为:治疗组34例,对照组(生理盐水注射)34例,将两组临床疗效及疼痛缓解时间进行评定。结果治疗组治愈28例,好转6例,无效0例,总有效率100%;对照组治愈8例,好转15例,无效11例,总有效率67.64%。两组治愈率比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),治疗组临床总疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),疼痛缓解时间治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论0.5%利多卡因局部注射治疗急性期肩周炎疗效显著,疼痛缓解时间短,其方法简单,便于操作,值得基层医院临床推广。

The clinical observation on the effect of local injection of 0.5% lidocaine in the treatment of acute omarthritis

Objective To investigate the effect of local injection of lidocaine 0.5% in the acute phase of the omarthritis.Methods The cases were divided into two groups by completely random sampling method,the treatment group between 34 patients,the control group of 34 patients,to assess the clinical efficacy and time for pain relief of the two groups.Results 28 patients were healed,improved 6 cases,ineffective 0 cases and the total efficiency of 100% in treatment group;the control group healed 8 cases,improved 15 cases,11 cases ineffective,and the total efficiency of 67.64%.The cure rate difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.01),the total effect of the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05),time for pain relief than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of 0.5% lidocaine injection in the treatment of the acute phase omarthritis is significant,pain relief time is short.Clinical cure rate and the total effect are better than control group.It is simple and easy to operate,being worth promoting in the grassroots Hospital.
