上海市旅游专业大专毕业生艾滋病知信行调查

目的了解旅游专业大专毕业生艾滋病知识、态度、行为及需求现状,为今后更好地开展大学生艾滋病预防教育提供科学依据。方法采用整群抽样方法抽取调查对象,开展匿名自答式问卷调查。结果除对艾滋病三大传播途径的知晓率为80.9%~96.9%外,调查对象对艾滋病非传播途径和预防知识的各选项正确回答率为18.3%～65.6%;80.9%被调查者对婚前同居持包容态度;59.5%发生过婚前性行为。女性学生组艾滋病知识得分低于男性学生组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.16,P=0.002)。19.6%的调查对象艾滋病知识来源于学校教育,希望从学校教育和咨询医护人员获取艾滋病知识者分别为3.1%和54.1%。结论旅游专业大专毕业生缺乏预防艾滋病知识和防范意识,性观念超前,无保护过早性行为比例较高,有感染艾滋病的潜在危险,令人堪忧。

Survey on Knowledge, Attitude and Practice (KAP) of AIDS among College Graduates of Travel and Tourism Profession

Objective To learn the status of knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) and demand of AIDS among college graduates of travel and tourism major, so as to provide a basis for AIDS prevention and health education among college students.
