| 摘 要： | 日的探讨左肝外叶切除术治疗左肝内胆管结石的效果．方法对近4a来昆明医学院第二附属医院肝胆外二科收住的79例左肝内胆管结石行左肝外叶切除术病例进行回顾性分析．结果单纯左肝外叶切除术15例，左肝外叶切除加胆道切开术48例，肝叶切除加胆道探查术后胆肠吻合术16例．本组无手术死亡．经随访，72例治疗效果优良．结论左肝外叶切除是治疗左肝内胆管结石的理想而有效的手术方式．
