补肾化瘀方对药物流产后出血及卵巢功能影响的临床与实验研究

目的观察补肾化瘀方对药物流产后阴道出血、月经恢复及雌孕激素的影响。方法将100例妊娠天数≤49d的妇女随机分为治疗组与对照组,均采用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇作药物流产,治疗组加服补肾化瘀方;比较两组药物流产后出血量、出血时间、流产当日和第7日血清雌孕激素水平及第14日卵泡发育及月经恢复情况,并进行动物实验。结果与对照组比较治疗组出血时间短、出血量少、月经恢复时间早;治疗组流产后第7日血清孕激素水平下降明显,第14日时优势卵泡直径大于对照组。动物实验证实,补肾化瘀方可调整药物流产后小鼠血清E2、P水平,使子宫内膜同步,促进卵巢功能恢复。结论补肾化瘀方可有效减少药物流产后阴道流血量,缩短出血时间,促进月经恢复。

Clinical and Experimental Study on Effect of the TCM Preparation for Tonifying Kidney and Activing Blood Circulation on Bleeding and Ovary Function after Drug-induced Abortion

Objective： To observe the effect of the TCM preparation for tonifying kidney and activing blood circulation on vaginal bleeding, menstruation recovery and estrogenic and progesterone hormone after drug - induced abortion. Methods： One hundred patients with premature pregnancy ≤49d were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. After mifepristone combined with misoprostol drug - induced abortion, the treatment group was treated with the TCM preparation for tonifying kidney and activing blood circulation on the same day. Then observed the capacity and time of vaginal bleeding, the level of estrogenic and progesterone hormone in blood on the drug - induced abortion day and 7th day later, superiority ovum on the 14th day and menstruation recovery. At the same time, took animal experiment. Results： Comparision with the control group, in the treatment group, the time of vaginal bleeding was shorter, the capacity of vaginal bleeding was less, and the menstruation recovery was earlier, the reducing of progesterone on the treatment group on the 7th day after drug - induced abortion was obvious, diameter of superiority ovum on the treatment group was biger than it on control group on the 14th day after drug - induced abortion. It could be proved from animal experiment that the TCM preparation for tonifying kidney and activing blood circulation could adjust the level of E2 and P in rats＇ blood, make endometrium aynchronous and promote the recovery of ovary function. Conclusion： The TCM preparation for tonifying kidney and activing blood circulation can effectively reduce the capacity of vaginal bleeding, shorten the time of vaginal bleeding and promote the menstruation recovery.
