水气病证治与充血性心力衰竭

The congestive heart failure has close correlation with disease due to fluid retention.The etiology,pathogenesis and the clinical experiences of water-Qi causing disease had already recorded in canon of medicine,and it had promulgated that both sickness of the retention of body fluid and Qi were important pathogenesis to the congestive heart failure.The clinical syndrome characteristic had an important relevance with the clinical sign of contemporary congestive heart failure.The disease was named by ZHANG Zhong-jing in his work synopsis of the golden chamber.The treatment based on syndrome differentiation in that book were also discussed.It had very important meaning to crocking the treatment path of the congestive heart failure.
