完全腹膜外腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术36例

目的总结腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术临床应用体会和经验。方法回顾性分析采用指板拉钩分离建立腹膜外间隙，行完全腹膜外腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术（TEP）36例病例的资料。结果36例共进行42次TEP，中转经腹腔腹膜前修补2例，单侧疝手术时间81±37min，双侧疝手术时间129±56min，术中出血21±17mL；术后阴囊血肿1例，血清肿2例，术后3±2天出院；随访9±5个月，术后腹股沟区慢性疼痛2例，无复发病例。结论采用指板拉钩分离建立腹膜外间隙的腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术安全、可行、复发率低。

Experience of Totally Extraperitoneal Laparoscopic Repair of Groin Hernia(a Report of 36 Cases)

Objective To summarize the therapeutic effect and experience of totally extraperitoneal Laparoseopic repair of groin hernia. Methods The results for this retrospective study from August 2007 to December 2008 were evaluated after totally extraperitoneal Laparoseopie repair of 42 groin hernias in 36 patients. Results In this study, 40 groin hernias were managed using the totally extraperitoneal （ TEP ） technique and 2 using the transabdominal preperitoneal technique （TAPP） in 36 patients, with a mean operating time of 81 ± 37 minutes for unilateral hernioplasty, 129 ± 56 minutes for bilateral hernioplasty, mean blood loss of 21 ± 17 mL. Scretal hematoma developed in one patient. Seroma developed in two patients. The patients were discharged 3 ± 2 d after operation. The patients were followed up for 9±5 months, two patients had groin pain, and there was one re - recurrence. Conclusions Totally extraperitoneal Laparoseopic repair of groin hernia is safe,feasible and with low recurrence rate.
