| 摘 要： | 目的：调查首都医科大学附属复兴医院钙离子阻滞剂药物应用现状和发展趋势,为临床提供参考.方法：对2002年7月-2005年6月钙离子阻滞剂药物消耗品种和金额进行归类统计,并结合文献对其应用前景进行分析.结果：该类药物的应用3年来呈平稳态势,以二氢吡啶类药物应用最多,临床应用以国产和合资生产品种为主.结论：钙离子阻滞剂药物临床应用趋向于缓释和控释制剂.

| Abstract: | Objective:To provide a rationale of calcium channel blockers clinically used by in- vestigating the consuming and prescribing information of calcium channel blockers.Methods:Based on retrospective reviews of the consuming types and sum of calcium channel blockers in the Fu Xing Hospital from July 2002 to June 2005,the prescribing trends of such blockers were analyzed.Results:The pre- scribing volume of the calcium channel blockers generally was in a flation state in the passing three years. The dihydropyridine type was prescribed the most.Most of calcium channel blockers prescribed were made by local pharmaceutical companies or joint-venture pharm manufacturers.Conclusion:The con- trolled-or sustained-release agents of calcium channel blockers are to be prescribed more. |
