学历、性格与责任护士工作效果的关系探讨

为了解学历、性格与责任护士工作效果之间的关系 ,为系统化整体护理培养、选择责任护士提供依据。随机抽取 10 0名病房责任护士 ,分别按学历、性格类型对工作效果的影响进行分析、比较。结果大专及以上学历者工作效果显著高于中专学历者 (H c=11.5 2 0 ,P<0 .0 1) ;性格内向型者工作效果最低 ,与性格中间型、外向型比较 ,差异有极显著性意义 (P<0 .0 1)。提示护理管理者应激发护士的学习积极性 ,鼓励其提高学历层次及知识面 ;培养护士开朗、善于沟通的良好性格特征

Relationship between Education Level, Character and Working Efficacy of the Executive Nurse

In orderto study the relationship between educational level, character and the working efficacy of the executive nurses and to provide basis for choosing executive nurses in systemized holistic nursing care, 100 executive nurses in the ward were randomly selected and the effects of educational level and character type on the working efficacy were analyzed and compared respectively. The results showed that the working efficacy of the nurses with educational level of over junior college was obviously higher than that of the nurses with education level of special school ( P <0.01). It was suggested that the executive nurses should be those having higher educational level, extraversion or ambiversion.
