摘    要:目的:探讨肾上腺髓质素前体N端20肽(PAMP)的降压机制。方法:静注PAMP,观察其对Wistar大鼠的血压、心率、左室收缩峰压及舒张血管的作用,以不同浓度的PAMP和AngⅡ孵育大鼠主动脉条,并测定孵育液及组织中的AngⅡ及PAMP含量。结果:PAMP可以降低大鼠的血压,并呈剂量依赖性地减低大鼠主动脉环张力。AngⅡ可促进大鼠主动脉条PAMP释放,而PAMP对AngⅡ的释放无明显影响。结论:PAMP是一种舒血管多肽,其降压作用与拮抗去甲肾上腺素(NE)、肾上腺素(E)有关。

Abstract:Objective: To elucidate the mechanism of proadrenomedullin N terminal 20 peptide (PAMP) in reducing blood pressure. Methods: PAMP was given to wistar rats intravenously. The blood pressure, heart rate, left ventricular systolic pressure, and the vascular dilation of the rats were observed. The aorta of rat was fostered with different concentration of PAMP and Angll, and the concentration of Angll and PAMP were measured in culture solution and histiocyte. Results: PAMP reduced the blood pressure and the tension of aorta in a concentration-dependent manner. PAMP accelerated the aorta of rats to secrete PAMP, but didn't affect the secretion of Angll. Conclusion: PAMP is a vasodilator peptide, the effect of reducing the blood pressure is correlated with NE and E.
