良性前列腺增生症患者残余尿量与腺体体积的临床价值研究

目的 探讨良性前列腺增生症（BPH）残余尿量和前列腺体积的相关性。方法 对120例BPH患者的症状评分（IPSS）、生活质量评估（QOL）和发生尿潴留以及最大尿流率（Qmax）、残余尿量、前列腺体积等资料进行回顾性分析。结果 IPSS、QOL、Qmax和尿潴留发生率在不同残余尿量患者中差异具有显著性，而在大小不同的前列腺体积中差异无显著性。结论 BPH患者检测残余尿量的临床价值优于前列腺体积，可作为选择治疗方法的临床重要指标。

Residual urine volume and prostatic volume in benign prostatic hyperplasia

Objective To explore the correlation between residual urine volume and prostatic volume of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).Methods 120 patients with BPH were retrospectively studied,with international prostatic symptom score (IPSS),quality of life (QOL),retention of urine (Qmax),residual urine volume and prostatic volume.Results IPSS,QOL,Qmax and the incidence rate of urine retention were significantly correlated with the residual urine volume,but not with the prostatic volume.Conclusion The detection of residual urine volume is superior to prostatic volume in BPH patients,which can be an important index for selecting therapy methods.
