耳廓矫形器非手术矫正新生儿先天性耳廓畸形的应用及护理

目的探讨耳廓矫形器非手术矫正新生儿先天性耳廓畸形的临床效果,总结相关护理重点,为临床提供借鉴。方法通过佩戴自制简易耳廓矫形器和"靓耳"专业耳廓矫形器对58例先天性耳廓畸形患儿进行非手术耳廓矫形治疗;给予患儿家长心理评估及护理、做好患儿体位指导、耳廓矫形器佩戴期间护理、健康宣教及随访等护理工作。结果 58例先天性耳廓畸形患儿均顺利完成治疗计划,平均耳廓矫形器佩戴时间为(39.7±9.5)d,所有畸形耳廓均得到有效矫形,耳廓矫正有效率为100%,患儿家长对耳廓矫形效果满意度为98.28%,护理满意度100%。结论运用耳廓矫形器非手术矫正新生儿耳廓畸形安全性和可行性良好,选择合适的矫形器和矫形时机,加强佩戴期间患儿家长健康宣教及护理指导,对保证矫形效果至关重要。

Application and nursing of auricle orthosis to correct congenital auricle deformity of newborn

Objective To explore the clinical effect of non-operative correction of auricle orthosis on congenital auricle deformity of neonates,to summarize relevant nursing focuses and provide reference for clinical practice.Methods 58 patients with congenital auricle deformity were treated with non-surgical auricle orthopedic treatment by wearing a self-made simple auricle orthopaedic and"beautiful ear"professional auricle orthosis;psychological evaluation and nursing of the parents of the children and good posture Guidance,nursing during auricle orthosis wear,health education and follow-up.Results 58 children with congenital auricle deformities successfully completed the treatment plan,the average wearing time of auricle orthosis was(39.7±9.5)d,all deformed auricles were effectively corrected,and the effective rate of auricle correction was 100%.Parents'satisfaction with the auricle orthopedic effect was 98.28%,and nursing satisfaction was 100%.Conclusion The use of auricle orthotics to correct non-surgical correction of auricular malformations in neonates is of good safety and feasibility.It is very important to choose the appropriate orthosis and orthopedic timing and strengthen the health education and nursing guidance of the parents of the children during wearing.
