光动力联合CO2点阵激光对囊肿性痤疮患者皮损积分及复发率的影响

摘    要:目的探讨光动力联合CO2点阵激光对囊肿性痤疮患者皮损积分及复发率的影响。方法选取我院2017年1月-2020年1月于我院接受治疗的40例囊肿性痤疮患者,依据盲抽法分为对照组(n=19)与观察组(n=21)。两组均予以常规治疗,对照组予以光动力治疗,在此基础上,观察组加用CO2点阵激光治疗,比较两组临床疗效、皮损积分及复发率。结果与对照组总有效率63.16%相比,观察组95.24%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组炎性皮损积分与非炎性皮损积分均较治疗前低,且观察组较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组复发率36.84%相比,观察组4.76%低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论囊肿性痤疮患者采用光动力联合CO2点阵激光治疗效果显著,可有效改善患者皮损状况,降低复发率。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of photodynamic therapy combined with CO2 lattice laser on the integral of skin lesions and recurrence rate in patients with cystic acne.Methods 40 patients with cystic acne who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were divided into control group(n=19)and observation group(n=21).Both groups were given conventional treatment,the control group was given photodynamic treatment,on this basis,the observation group was added with CO2 lattice laser treatment,and the clinical efficacy,skin damage score and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the total effective rate of 63.16%in the control group,95.24%in the observation group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Photodynamic therapy combined with CO2 lattice laser is effective in the treatment of cystic acne,which can effectively improve the condition of skin lesions and reduce the recurrence rate.
